HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORKS?
Pre-order items are placed on our website and are available for purchasing for approximately a week. Once the sale is closed, orders are placed, and production begins.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
PRE-MADE ORDERS-
When placing an order for in stock items, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping.
PRE-ORDERS-
When placing pre-order items , please allow 1-2 weeks for production, and 2-3 business days for processing and shipping.
*NOTE* Orders are shipped Monday - Friday only. If an order is placed on the weekend or holiday, processing time will begin on the next business day.
WHEN IS AN ITEM RESTOCKING?
Usually we DO NOT restock on items, but if you're in need of it send us an email!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS OR FORGOT ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION?
MY ORDER KEEPS GETTING REFUNDED?
*AT THE MOMENT WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS.* But if orders do get refunded it is due to high risk fraud, billing and shipping is mismatched, using another persons identity. Refunds aren't instant and take up to 3-5 business days or more depending on your bank.
WHERE'S MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking numbers are sent via text message or email whichever option you chose when placing your order. If you selected the email option and your tracking isn't showing please check your spam folder.
