SHIPPING POLICY

DXPE.CO ships to most countries worldwide. Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. UPS only accepts shipments to a valid street address, No P.O Boxes. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. Which are not included in your cost for your order, nor will they be covered by DXPE.CO

Please note, US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

Our normal processing and shipping is 3-5 business days, you will then receive your tracking number immediately. Your tracking number will update once USPS/UPS has the package and is processed through their system. Once the order has been shipped, delivery time in the United States is 5-7 days.

Be sure to provide the accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any delays or errors. Also correct apartment numbers, buildings, and street numbers.
